Gina Guarracino founded Terra Collective Consulting to bring operational maturity to high-growth companies. She brings more than a decade of experience leading People and Operations in fast-paced SaaS and tech environments. Her work spans early-stage startups, global organizations, and pre- and post-IPO companies, with a focus on scale, complexity, and business transformation.
As a key member of the global leadership team, Gina gained firsthand experience navigating the complexities of scale across multiple regions. She helped drive 80% revenue growth in under three years through hands-on, cross-functional strategies that scaled operations and performance across global markets. This was not theory. It was real-world leadership at speed.
